1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any plant-based yogurt)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup granola or crushed nuts (optional, for crunch)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Step 1:
